I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering therapy in Los Angeles, CA, and Denver, CO. I specialize in helping people who are navigating trauma, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and mood disorders. My passion lies in supporting individuals as they explore their unique minds, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their authentic selves after life’s challenges.

I use a mix of evidence-based practices and experiential techniques because I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll combine traditional talk therapy with creative, interactive approaches to find what works best for you. My style is warm, compassionate, and yes—often sprinkled with humor! I know therapy can feel vulnerable, so I work hard to create a safe, supportive space where you’ll feel comfortable exploring and growing, while being gently challenged to try new things.

A bit about me: I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing is about more than just addressing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with your core self and finding ways to truly thrive.
